1. Overview

Massage Therapy 360 ("MT360") is operated by Harmony Lifestyle 360 LLC and provides licensed massage therapy services to residents of specific HOA communities. By using this site you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a supported community.

3. Bookings & Payment

You authorize MT360 to charge the payment method on file for the full session price at booking. Pricing is displayed prior to confirmation.

4. Cancellation Policy

5. Conduct

Massage is a clinical service. Any inappropriate conduct will result in immediate termination of the session, full charge, and removal from the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is." MT360 and its therapists carry liability insurance; your remedies are limited to the amount paid for the session in question.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in advance.
