Cancellation Policy
Effective for every booking — acknowledged at checkout.
Cancel 24+ hours before your appointment: full refund or credit.
Cancel inside 24 hours: you are charged a $75 late-cancellation fee.
Why
Our therapists reserve their time and travel for your session. Late cancellations cannot be rebooked at scale, so the session fee is retained.
No-shows
Bookings where the client does not appear within 15 minutes of the start time are marked as no-shows. A $75 fee is charged to your card on file, and future bookings will require a prepaid deposit.
Therapist-initiated cancellations
On the rare occasion a therapist cannot make your appointment, you will receive a full refund (or credit, at your option) and priority rebooking.
How to cancel
From the "My Account" page, or by replying to your confirmation email. We cannot honor cancellations communicated any other way.
